Developed from SC-Project’s long-standing technical partnership with Aprilia Racing, the CR-T Carbon Full System

Delivers a serious performance upgrade for the Aprilia Tuono 660. Fitted with the iconic CR-T carbon fibre silencer, this system combines race-proven performance and styling with an unforgettable sound.

Thanks to its variable size titanium headers, the system is designed to optimise torque and power delivery, offering a +2.9 hp boost and +2.6 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm. The huge weight saving of 4 kg achieves a 60% reduction over the stock system, transforming the RS 660’s agility on track.

The high-quality carbon fibre silencer is finished with the signature SC-Project Reparto Corse aluminium riveted plate, while the huge round outlet delivers an aggressive 115 dB of pure racing sound at 5250 rpm. The system is fully plug-and-play and reversible, though ECU remapping is recommended to maximise performance. This is a race-use-only exhaust and is not compatible with passenger footpegs. SC-Project strongly recommends pairing this system with the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR) to prevent ECU errors following catalyst removal.
