Communication was brilliant from the friendly and efficient email acknowledging my order and in reply to my ensuing questions and offers of assistance if we needed it.

Luckily no assistance was needed but advice gratefully accepted nonetheless. The exhaust was received on time. It was well packaged and what a difference it has made to my 1100 Honda Rebel- from fuel consumption to sound to aesthetics. It makes a lovely low throaty sound now, which is far superior to the stock exhaust.

Ordered a pair of ixil silencers and was advised that there was a 2 week delay in manufacturing so my order was significantly delayed, however the staff were extremely empathetic with my frustration and did everything they could to get my order to me as swiftly as possible.
