The team at MPS offer exceptional customer service.

Just outstanding customer service that you really don't get very often these days.

I ordered an IXIL exhaust for my KTM Duke and got an email from Stuart the following morning explaining that he was waiting on stock coming in from France so it might be a few weeks for delivery (which I was actually expecting anyway).

He suggested a different exhaust that he had in stock, which I wasn't sure about at first. He then sent me over a few different photos etc and I decided to go ahead with the stock item, which was more expensive than what I had ordered. Without asking, he gave me a discount on the exhaust, had it shipped that day and it arrived with me the following day.

The exhaust looks and sounds great so it was an excellent recommendation that I'm delighted with but the thing I really wanted to highlight here, as mentioned above, is just the service from stat to finish - absolutely first class.

Delivery very fast and the item was very well packed, so you get what you pay for. 

Would I buy again from this company? Yes I would. I asked a question about stock and they replied very quickly which is not always the case with some companies.

Some people don't seem to know how to run a business but these people do hence 5 Stars.

Great communication from the get go

Did not have the exhaust I ordered but updated me instantly on the stock due date and informed me of other alternatives.

I did go with another item and again instantly was informed of the refund due to me. Item arrived as described so would definitely use motorcycle performance store in the future.
