Designed for riders looking for a lightweight, race-inspired exhaust upgrade, the system replaces the original exhaust with a complete stainless steel setup featuring IXIL's compact Race Xtrem conical silencer.
Manufactured from durable AISI304 stainless steel, the silencer features a high-temperature black painted finish and laser-marked IXIL logo for a purposeful factory-race appearance. At just 900 g for the silencer, its compact 230 mm construction helps reduce unnecessary weight while giving the rear of the 675 SR-R a much sharper look.
The complete system provides freer exhaust flow by removing the original catalytic converter, delivering a more aggressive exhaust note and allowing the engine to breathe more freely. A removable dB killer is included, while twin lambda sensor ports provide compatibility with the motorcycle's Euro 5 / Euro 5+ sensor arrangement.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Install using the supplied model-specific fittings and IXIL mounting instructions.
· Ensure all headers, link pipes and exhaust joints are correctly aligned before final tightening.
· Ensure both lambda sensors are installed correctly in the provided sensor ports.
· Check all exhaust mounting points and joints after the first heat cycles and periodically thereafter.
· As the full system removes the original catalytic converter, ECU remapping is recommended to optimise fuelling, throttle response and overall engine performance.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

UK mainland delivery
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.
