Product Information

Puig New Generation Touring Screen Yamaha MT-07

Transform the comfort and touring capability of your Yamaha MT-07 with the Puig New Generation Touring Screen, engineered to provide meaningful wind protection while preserving the unmistakable style of this iconic naked bike. Designed with inspiration taken from fighter-jet aerodynamics, the screen pushes air away from the rider’s torso and upper body, reducing fatigue on long journeys without overwhelming the bike’s sharp, minimalist look. The sculpted top section guides the airflow to less exposed areas, while the central channel—with integrated air intake developed through Puig’s aerodynamic studies—reduces turbulence and wind noise, offering a calmer and more stable riding experience.

The lower contours add rigidity and support while functioning as subtle deflector surfaces to stabilise airflow at speed. Side lines blend smoothly with the MT-07’s front end, giving the screen a balanced and cohesive appearance. For riders who want to keep the MT-07’s aggressive attitude while adding real-world touring comfort, this screen strikes the perfect balance between practicality and style. Available in clear, light smoke, dark smoke, and black.

Made from 3 mm high-impact acrylic, the NG Touring Screen offers excellent strength, clarity, and resistance to debris and weather. It includes 3 mm metal brackets treated with an anti-corrosive finish and textured black coating for long-lasting durability. At 263 mm wide and 310 mm high, the screen provides a 155 mm lift above the dashboard, delivering greatly improved protection while maintaining a clear line of sight.

Installation takes around 15 minutes and requires no mechanical expertise. Simply follow the supplied instructions, using the included brackets and screws. It is advisable to check bolt torque periodically to maintain secure fitment. Thanks to its optimised airflow design, the NG Touring Screen reduces wind pressure on the rider by an impressive 48%—from 6.4 kg to 4.2 kg—resulting in greater comfort, reduced strain, and increased stability during long-distance and high-speed riding.
