Ordered a pair of ixil silencers and was advised that there was a 2 week delay in manufacturing so my order was significantly delayed, however the staff were extremely empathetic with my frustration and did everything they could to get my order to me as swiftly as possible.

Very rare to see so much dedication to customer service these days, well done.

This was the only store that I was able to buy a screen for my BMW R1250R that included the mounting bracket, all the other suppliers only sold the screen.

It was out of stock and I had to wait about six weeks for delivery, but I was kept informed regularly. I'm very pleased with my purchases and would recommend Motorcycle Performance Store
