Product Overview

Give your Aprilia RS 457 a sharper, race-inspired appearance with the Puig Z-Racing Screen. Designed to combine aggressive styling with improved aerodynamic protection, the Z-Racing screen helps reduce wind pressure on the rider while enhancing comfort during everyday and high-speed riding.

Its distinctive double-height profile redirects airflow away from the helmet and upper body, while integrated side channels guide air outwards to help reduce pressure around the shoulders. Developed using virtual wind tunnel analysis, the Z-Racing range achieves an average aerodynamic improvement of 12.7% in an upright riding position and up to 61% in a racing position compared with original windscreens.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the screen is constructed from durable 3 mm high-impact acrylic with rounded safety edges. It sits 30 mm higher than the original screen and is available in four colour options to complement your motorcycle.
