The Urban Security 999 is a high-security disc lock designed to offer strong physical protection combined with an intelligent alarm and warning system. Built from hardened, forged steel and supported by advanced sensor technology, it is engineered for real-world theft environments where reliability and response time matter.

Its two-stage acoustic system provides a gentle warning for accidental movement, and a full 110 dB alarm in the event of a genuine attack. This prevents unnecessary battery use and reduces false triggers while remaining highly effective. The 14 mm locking pin and double locking mechanism secure the lock at both ends for increased resistance against leverage and cutting attempts.

This model is Security Level 19, Class SRA approved, and Sold Secure Powered Cycle GOLD Certified, making it suitable for high-risk parking areas and insurance-recognised security requirements.

How It Works

Lock the device normally. If you wish to activate the alarm, engage the X2 mode.
Light movement triggers a warning tone; sustained movement triggers the full alarm.
