The SC1-R Titanium Exhaust System delivers a perfect combination of durability, performance, and style for the Aprilia Tuono 660.

Designed to optimise power and torque, the variable size stainless steel headers ensure enhanced delivery through the low and mid-range. Riders benefit from an impressive power boost of +3.6 hp and +2.7 Nm of torque at 9250 rpm, while the system achieves a 30% weight reduction, shedding 2 kg over the stock exhaust for improved agility.

The ultralight Titanium SC1-R silencer features advanced TIG welding, a hydroformed asymmetrical outlet, and a sporty carbon fibre end cap.

Finished with SC-Project’s laser-engraved logo, the system is designed with a removable dB killer, offering a choice between 101 dB with the insert or 105 dB without. Installation is fully plug-and-play and reversible, complete with a carbon fibre heat shield for added style and protection.

ECU remapping is recommended to achieve the best performance, and SC-Project strongly advises pairing this exhaust with the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR) to prevent ECU errors after catalyst removal.
