SC Project 2-1 Trofeo SC1-R Carbon Full System Aprilia Tuono 660 2025-26

The SC Project Trofeo 2-1 Carbon Full System delivers uncompromising race-bred performance for the Aprilia Tuono 660.

Featuring variable diameter titanium headers, this system is designed to significantly improve both power and agility on track. Riders benefit from a +3.6 hp increase and +2.7 Nm of torque at 9250 rpm, while the system reduces weight by 3.1 kg, offering a 40% saving over the stock exhaust.

Fitted with the aggressive SC1-R carbon fibre silencer, this system features a removable dB killer, producing 101 dB with the insert and an even more extreme 105 dB without. Built using precision TIG welds and CNC-machined billet bushings, the system is fully plug-and-play and reversible.

However, ECU remapping is strongly recommended to unlock the full potential of the system. Strictly designed for racing use, it is not compatible with passenger footpegs and comes complete with a single seat bracket. To avoid potential ECU errors once the catalytic converter is removed, SC-Project also recommends fitting the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR), available separately.
