SC Project 2-1 Trofeo SC1-R Titanium Full System Aprilia Tuono 660 2025-26

The SC Project Trofeo 2-1 Titanium Full System is designed to unlock serious performance gains for the Aprilia Tuono 660.

Crafted with variable diameter titanium headers, the system delivers a powerful +3.6 hp and +2.7 Nm of torque at 9250 rpm, enhancing both low and mid-range torque. With a total weight reduction of 3.1 kg, this system provides a 40% saving over stock, significantly improving agility and responsiveness on track.

Fitted with the SC1-R titanium silencer and a removable dB killer, the system produces 101 dB with the baffle installed or a more aggressive 105 dB without. Built with TIG welds and CNC machined billet bushings, it guarantees a precise fit and reliable performance.

Fully plug-and-play and reversible, ECU remapping is strongly recommended to achieve the best results. This is a racing-only system that is not compatible with passenger footpegs and is supplied with a single seat bracket.

SC-Project also recommends pairing it with their Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR) to avoid ECU errors once the catalyst is removed.
