The team were courteous and kept me continuously in the loop. The item I ordered was stuck in customs so couldn’t be delivered before Christmas.
Steve kindly sent me a wonderful photo of the screen so at least we had something to wrap!! The screen arrived when promised, well wrapped and perfect.

Excellent service.
I looked at a Puig screen and their website said not available as awaiting restock. I was in no hurry so ordered it anyway and the price was very competitive even though it would be new stock.
They contacted me to make sure I knew there would be a delay and advised of some alternatives that they had in stock just in case it was urgent. I said no problem and OK to wait and when it came in stock they notified me to say it was being posted that day - Received next day.
Excellent caring service. Will use them again

The company was great for a number of reasons.
Initially I wasnt 100% sure of what it was I was looking for. With their help and advice they guided me and I was confident in my purchase.
The screen was out of stock, they were open and honest about this and gave me an honest and accurate timescale which was spot on.
Their prices were competitive and product was excellent.

Fantastic service, ordered midday arrive am next day,
Unfortunately due to a bin location issue the wrong filter was sent but phoned James so polite and genuine, the old filter was picked up 9am next day and the correct filters arrived 11am plus I was kept in the loop 100%.
You other company’s read and learn, so rare these days, see It can be done 👍
