Customer service from Motorcycle Performance Store was excellent.
I received the exhaust pretty quickly, was easy to install, and is mounted low enough to use my panniers while riding on my Ninja 1000SX.
The exhaust is also slightly louder than stock and sounds great.
Definitely a recommended purchase for anyone interested.
