Each screen is engineered to be more aerodynamically efficient than the original equipment screen. Developed and tested using virtual wind tunnel technology, Puig has refined the shape to improve airflow behaviour and reduce aerodynamic drag. The double-height profile helps deflect air away from the rider’s helmet and upper torso, while built-in side channels redirect airflow away from the shoulders to reduce pressure and fatigue during riding.

Independent testing shows an average improvement of 12.7% in aerodynamic protection when riding upright and as much as 61% when riding in a racing position, offering noticeable comfort benefits at speed.

Puig Z-Racing Screens are designed and manufactured in Barcelona using advanced production techniques. Each screen is made from 3 mm high-impact acrylic, delivering a strong, lightweight, and long-lasting product. A rounded 2 mm edge finish meets German TÜV safety standards, ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety controls.

Every screen undergoes inspection through an artificial vision quality control system, ensuring each unit is delivered in perfect condition.
