★★★★★ - This Puig rear hugger for the Honda Forza 750 is a great bit of kit.

Well engineered to provide maximum tyre coverage, and good installation instructions + good video to illustrate how this hugger is installed on my the bike.

The customer service from MPS must also be endorsed.

Always available at the end of the the phone with friendly and efficient service.

These guys really do live up to the 5 star reputation.
When things go wrong, it's all about how companies deal with it.

I had an issue with trying to get a slip on fitted.

Steve went above and beyond helping me on the solution.

He'd message me evenings and at the weekend until I'd fixed the issue.

Really pleased. Thank you

Highly recommended and will certainly shop here again online.

Straight forward and great service.

Good website store front that is easy to navigate and pricing all seems reasonable to me.

Plus I like using a business that is more local to me than dealing with a national chain all the time.

Fantastic service.

The item that I ordered was out of stock, the sales team took the time to call me and give me real information regarding how long it might be.

My screen arrived sooner than anticipated and well packed.

Great customer service.

Ordered a puig dark smoked screen for my Z1000sx and within an hour received a call to say there were stock issues with that particular product.

I was given a range of options to best suit what I would like to do next including refund, a different product or wait on the one I ordered.

I decided to wait and was kept up to date with the order status.

Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again !

Well done

True to word !!

Placed an order online, unfortunately the product was not in stock and I was notified immediately.

Steve was in contact updating me about the status of the order and lived up to his promised delivery frame.

I hope in the future they represent more brands for me to comeback and purchase again.

Happy to see Customer service still being practiced.

Suraj Anthraper

Glad I’ve chosen these guys, really good communication.

They even checked with Honda for the correct measurements on my bike before even posting the part to me.

Excellent team of passionate people.

Hi there,

Just to say that I am very impressed with your service and firm.

You responded to my phone message very quickly and as someone who still enjoys talking to product sellers all was good.

Due to time constraints I’ve not yet put it on the bike. I’m hoping that I can attach it for longer journeys then put the current one back on for off-road.

Many thanks

Miles
