I ordered some Puig extended spoilers for my Tiger 1200 on the Sunday, and received a call from one of the team at MPS, explaining that the colour I wanted was out of stock, and that there was a 12 week lead time for restocking, due to high demand at Puig.

I was offered an alternative colour, or refund, but opted to keep them on back order. He did say that he would try to source them elsewhere for me, and the following Saturday, a set arrived!

As someone who trains Customer Service as a job, it was great to see a company who are prepared to go the extra mile!

The team were courteous and kept me continuously in the loop. The item I ordered was stuck in customs so couldn’t be delivered before Christmas.

Steve kindly sent me a wonderful photo of the screen so at least we had something to wrap!! The screen arrived when promised, well wrapped and perfect.

I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service.

I looked at a Puig screen and their website said not available as awaiting restock. I was in no hurry so ordered it anyway and the price was very competitive even though it would be new stock.

They contacted me to make sure I knew there would be a delay and advised of some alternatives that they had in stock just in case it was urgent. I said no problem and OK to wait and when it came in stock they notified me to say it was being posted that day - Received next day.
