Great customer service.

Ordered a puig dark smoked screen for my Z1000sx and within an hour received a call to say there were stock issues with that particular product.

I was given a range of options to best suit what I would like to do next including refund, a different product or wait on the one I ordered.

I decided to wait and was kept up to date with the order status.

Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again !

The screen was unavailable for several weeks due to problems from Puig beyond their control of MPS.

When they got stock, I got the screen the next day.

The guys here actually called me to advise of 3 month lead-time on a dark smoke screen offering and suggested taking a light smoke alternative they had in stock.

Even sent me pictures to compare the 2.

After I'd agreed to swap they sent it to me next day.

More sellers should take note - this is how you do customer services!!

I ordered a Puig windshield because the reviews and description matched what I want for a screen.

With the order I left a note explaining that I needed the screen urgently for a forthcoming trip.

Within just a few hours James phoned me to explain the one I'd ordered was out of stock but they did have stocks of a screen that would probably be better suited for my needs and, for an added benefit was cheaper!

After agreeing to change to the other product a refund for the difference was processed immediately and I received the screen the following morning, allowing plenty of time to fit it before I embarked on a long tour to Europe.

I cannot fault the level of service and will return in the future when I need something else for the bike.
