Manufactured from durable AISI304 stainless steel, the silencer features a high-temperature black painted finish that complements the sharp, aggressive styling of the 675 NK. At just 900 g for the silencer, its lightweight and compact 230 mm construction helps reduce unnecessary exhaust weight while creating a much more purposeful appearance.

Replacing the complete original exhaust system provides freer exhaust flow and a deeper, more aggressive soundtrack, while a removable dB killer gives additional flexibility over the exhaust character. Two lambda sensor ports are incorporated into the system for compatibility with the motorcycle's Euro 5 / Euro 5+ sensor arrangement.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings

· Install using the supplied model-specific fittings and IXIL mounting instructions.
· Ensure the headers, link pipes and exhaust joints are correctly aligned before final tightening.
· Ensure both lambda sensors are correctly installed into the provided sensor ports.
· Check all exhaust mounting points and joints after the first heat cycles and periodically thereafter.
· As the full system removes the original catalytic converter, ECU remapping is recommended to optimise fuelling, throttle response and overall engine performance.
