Specifically designed for the CF Moto 450 S, 450 SR, and 450 SR S, this racing screen offers both visual impact and functional aerodynamic benefits.

The Z-Racing design is developed using virtual wind tunnel testing to ensure optimal wind deflection and rider comfort. With a double-height profile and aerodynamic side channels, the screen reduces wind impact to the rider’s torso, helmet, and shoulders. Compared to the OEM screen, this design offers a 12.7% improvement in upright riding position and a 61% boost in protection in a racing tuck.

Crafted in Barcelona from 3mm high-impact acrylic and TÜV-approved with rounded 2mm edges, this screen is durable, lightweight, and precisely manufactured using Puig’s automated quality control system. Installation is quick and easy—no additional parts are needed, and it uses the bike’s original screws.

Available in a variety of colours, each Z Racing screen includes a detailed aerodynamic study showing the protection and performance improvements over the stock screen.
