Product Overview

Customise your MV Agusta's exhaust sound with the QD X-DB Exhaust Sound Controller, an electronic exhaust valve modulation system designed for selected MV Agusta Brutale, Dragster, F3 and Turismo Veloce motorcycles.

Developed by QD Exhaust, the X-DB system integrates with the motorcycle's original electrical wiring and operates through the factory exhaust valve, servomotor and operating cables. This allows the rider to control exhaust valve positioning using a dedicated electronic management interface without replacing the original valve mechanism.

The system features five adjustable valve positions, including fully closed, fully open and three intermediate settings. These provide progressive control over the valve opening, allowing riders to adjust exhaust sound characteristics and valve behaviour according to their preferred configuration.

A compact handlebar-mounted switch panel provides convenient operation. Pressing the green button opens the valve by one step, while pressing the red button closes it by one step. Holding either button for two seconds selects the corresponding fully open or fully closed position.

The MV Agusta range includes five motorcycle-specific configurations covering selected Euro 2, Euro 3, Euro 4 and Euro 5 applications, alongside the Brutale 1000 RS and RR. Each listed version features a built-in ESE (Exhaust Servo Eliminator) and dedicated wiring for the supported motorcycle.

· Select the correct MV Agusta model, emissions version and QD part number before ordering.
· Follow the installation instructions provided by QD Exhaust for the selected application.
· Connect the electronic management interface using the supplied motorcycle-specific wiring harness.
· Retain the original exhaust valve, servomotor and operating cables.
· Position the handlebar switch securely without restricting steering movement or existing controls.
· Secure electrical wiring away from hot exhaust components and moving parts.
· Important - Road Use: This product is NOT APPROVED for road use. Fitting it invalidates the vehicle's approval. Its use is entirely the user's responsibility.
