Product Information

Product Overview

Experience consistent suspension performance with Fuchs Silkolene RSF Fork & Suspension Oil, a premium suspension fluid developed for demanding road, race and track applications. Proven in competitive motorsport and selected by leading suspension manufacturers, the RSF range is engineered to deliver reliable damping characteristics across a wide range of operating temperatures.

Featuring a high Viscosity Index (VI), Silkolene RSF is formulated to minimise changes in oil viscosity as temperatures increase. This helps maintain more consistent damping performance as the suspension warms during use, supporting predictable handling, controlled suspension movement and dependable performance under demanding riding conditions.

Used as original equipment in a range of modern motorcycles, Silkolene RSF is suitable for suspension servicing, maintenance and specialist suspension applications where the correct manufacturer-specified fluid viscosity is required.

Available in five viscosity grades: RSF 2.5, RSF 5, RSF 7.5, RSF 10 and RSF 15, each supplied in a convenient 1 litre bottle. Select the appropriate grade according to your motorcycle or suspension manufacturer's recommendations.

Application Instructions and Warnings

· Refer to the motorcycle or suspension manufacturer's workshop manual before selecting and replacing suspension oil.
· Use the recommended viscosity grade and follow the specified oil quantity or oil-level measurement procedure.
· Do not assume that fork oils from different manufacturers with the same numerical grade have identical viscosity characteristics.
· Avoid contamination with dirt, moisture or incompatible fluids during servicing.
· Suspension servicing should be carried out using the correct tools and procedures, taking appropriate precautions around spring-loaded components.
· Store the container securely with the cap tightly closed and dispose of used oil through an appropriate waste oil collection facility.
