Design & Manufacture: The filter media consists of 4 layers of high-quality surgical cotton gauze sandwiched between two layers of epoxy-coated marine-grade aluminum wire mesh. This design, pleated by state-of-the-art electronically controlled machines, ensures high filtration efficiency, low restriction, superior dust holding capability, and smooth airflow.

Special Oil: The oil used to impregnate the cotton is a specially developed grade by the DNA R&D department, produced by one of the world's top oil companies. This special oil creates a static charge on the cotton media, attracting all dust particles towards the filter, including very fine ones.
