The Ixil Rally Series Silencer for the KTM 890 SMT 2023–2025 is designed to complement the SMT’s sporty touring character while delivering a durable, road-legal exhaust upgrade. Built for riders who want dependable performance on long journeys and fast road riding, this slip-on system improves exhaust flow without sacrificing refinement or compliance.
Manufactured from high-grade AISI304 stainless steel with a satin matte finish, the Rally Series silencer offers excellent resistance to heat and corrosion. Its hexoval profile suits the aggressive yet practical design of the 890 SMT, while the removable dB killer ensures a controlled, enjoyable exhaust note that remains within Euro 5+ regulations.

Fit the silencer using the supplied hardware following standard workshop procedures. Ensure correct alignment before final tightening and recheck all fixings after the first heat cycle.
