The new Honda CBR600RR marks the return of one of the most iconic supersport design features — the undertail exhaust.

To honour this, SC-Project has developed the SC-RR Titanium Racing Silencer, combining ultralight construction, racing performance, and aggressive styling.

Constructed entirely from titanium, including the silencer body and link pipe, this system reduces weight by more than 35% (-1.4 kg compared to OEM). Performance gains are impressive, with +3.0 hp at 10,200 rpm and +2.2 Nm of torque at 8,200 rpm, while power and torque delivery are improved across the low and mid range.

Engineered for racing, the SC-RR Titanium offers outstanding performance with noise control that makes it suitable for most track environments. The removable dB-killer allows riders to adjust sound levels between 99 dB at 7100 rpm (with baffle) and 102 dB (without). Finished with handcrafted TIG welds, a newly designed carbon fibre end cap, and a sharp-edged debossed SC-Project logo, it blends race engineering with a premium finish.

Installation is 100% plug-and-play, with no ECU remapping required.

SC-Project is the official and exclusive exhaust supplier for the Italian “Pro Honda CBR600RR Cup”, developed in collaboration with Honda Italy.
