Assembly Instructions and Warnings
The seat cover requires a precise fitting process. While it can be installed using basic tools, we strongly recommend professional installation for best results.
Instructions Overview:

Remove old staples using gloves and pliers.

Remove the original seat cover.

(Optional) Apply a protective film between foam and new cover to enhance fit and waterproofing.

Align and pull the cover tight, stapling:
- Rear section first (3–4 staples)
- Front section (3–4 staples)
- Sides next, pulling outward evenly (3–4 staples per side)

Check fitment for wrinkles or misalignment. If needed, remove staples, reposition, and resecure.
Assembly Time Estimate: 15–20 minutes (longer for Comfort System models)
Recommended Tools:
- Screwdriver
- Narrow pliers
- Manual, electric, or pneumatic staple gun (preferably electric/pneumatic)
- Protective gloves and safety glasses
Warnings:
- Use caution when handling staple guns.
- Staple pressure must not be excessive to avoid ripping.
- High-quality plastics used in seats may be tough to penetrate—ensure your staple gun is suitable.
- TPZ Italia Italia is not responsible for damage from incorrect installation.
- Avoid long sun exposure or high-pressure washing to preserve materials and colour.
Care Tip: Clean using water and neutral soap. Dry immediately. Velvet-effect PVC is more delicate—limit sun exposure for best longevity.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

UK mainland delivery
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.

Special order items are ordered directly from our supplier. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours once they arrive.

Non-UK Customers (Excluding USA) - Tax will not be charged on your order, however local import duty fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
