Assembly Instructions and Warnings

The seat cover requires a precise fitting process. While it can be installed using basic tools, we strongly recommend professional installation for best results.

Instructions Overview:

1. Remove old staples using gloves and pliers.

2. Remove the original seat cover.

3. (Optional) Apply a protective film between foam and new cover to enhance fit and waterproofing.

4. Align and pull the cover tight, stapling:

• Rear section first (3–4 staples)
• Front section (3–4 staples)
• Sides next, pulling outward evenly (3–4 staples per side)

1. Check fitment for wrinkles or misalignment. If needed, remove staples, reposition, and resecure.

Assembly Time Estimate: 15–20 minutes (longer for Comfort System models)

• Narrow pliers
• Manual, electric, or pneumatic staple gun (preferably electric/pneumatic)

Care Tip: Clean using water and neutral soap. Dry immediately. Velvet-effect PVC is more delicate—limit sun exposure for best longevity.
