The DNA Performance Air Filter is a premium intake upgrade for the KTM 1390 Super Duke platform. Designed for aggressive road riding and race use, this high-flow filter improves breathing efficiency while maintaining exceptional filtration standards.
Built around DNA’s advanced Full Contour Design (FCD), the filter increases the active filtering surface inside the airbox, reducing restriction and supporting smoother, more responsive throttle behaviour. Supplied pre-oiled and ready to install, it fits directly into the original airbox using the procedure outlined in the KTM workshop manual, with no modifications required.

Design & Manufacture
The filter media consists of four layers of high-quality cotton gauze, supported by epoxy-coated marine-grade aluminium mesh. Electronically controlled pleating ensures consistent spacing, delivering high airflow, low restriction, excellent dust-holding capacity, and smooth airflow into the engine.
Special Oil Technology
Each filter is treated with a specially developed oil formulated by DNA’s R&D department. This oil creates a static charge within the cotton fibres, attracting even microscopic dust particles while preserving airflow performance.

Maintenance Information
