Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Allow the original exhaust system to cool completely before beginning installation.
· Refer to the Kawasaki workshop manual and supplied IXIL installation guidance.
· Carefully remove the original exhaust silencer and associated mounting components.
· Inspect and clean the existing exhaust connection before fitting the replacement silencer.
· Position the IXIL Race Xtrem silencer onto the original exhaust connection.
· Install the supplied mounting components and align the silencer before tightening.
· Ensure adequate clearance between the exhaust, carbon fibre end cap, swingarm and surrounding motorcycle components.
· Keep the removable dB killer correctly installed and secured for approved road-use configuration.
· Tighten all mounting hardware to the manufacturer's specified torque settings.
· Check all exhaust connections for leaks before riding.
· Recheck the mounting hardware after the first heat cycle.

UK stock items

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.
