Developed using virtual wind tunnel analysis, the R-Racer features a taller aerodynamic profile designed to redirect airflow away from the rider's helmet and shoulders. Its 60 mm height increase over the original screen helps reduce wind pressure and fatigue, particularly during higher-speed and sporting riding.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona from 3 mm high-impact acrylic, the screen offers excellent visibility, durability and a lightweight construction. Puig's machine vision quality control system ensures consistent manufacturing standards, while its precision design provides straightforward installation without additional edging.
