SC Project 2-1 SC1-R Carbon Full System Aprilia Tuono 660 2025-26

The SC1-R Carbon Full System has been developed for riders who demand performance, durability, and style.

Designed specifically for the Aprilia Tuono 660, this system offers a significant power gain of +3.6 hp and +2.7 Nm of torque at 9250 rpm while delivering a 30% weight reduction, shedding 2 kg compared to the stock exhaust. The stainless steel headers are engineered with variable diameters to optimise low and mid-range torque and power delivery.

The SC1-R silencer stands at the top of SC-Project’s range, crafted using advanced production techniques including TIG welding and hydroformed asymmetrical outlet design.

Finished with a carbon fibre end cap and the signature aluminium SC-Project riveted plate, the silencer also features a removable dB killer — allowing riders to choose between 101 dB with the insert or 105 dB without.

Fully reversible and plug-and-play, the system is supplied with a carbon fibre heat shield for additional protection and style. For optimal performance, ECU remapping is recommended, and pairing with the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR) is strongly advised to prevent ECU errors after catalyst removal.
