Born from extreme off-road competition and shaped by endurance rally experience, the SC Project Rally Raid Silencer is the ultimate exhaust upgrade for the CF Moto 800 MT

 Developed in collaboration with CFMOTO Italy, this Euro 5-approved slip-on system combines rugged durability, lightweight performance, and an unmistakably aggressive look inspired by rally racing.

Constructed entirely from high-grade titanium, the Rally Raid features a robust, rally-style end cap and TIG-welded joints throughout. Internal components are CNC-machined for perfect precision, while a titanium body and carbon fibre heat shield reduce weight without sacrificing strength. The result is a silencer that not only withstands demanding conditions but also significantly enhances performance.

With a total weight saving of 2.1 kg, and real-world gains of +2.5 hp and +2.7 Nm at 6500 rpm, the Rally Raid delivers smoother throttle response, better low- and mid-range performance, and a rich, rally-inspired exhaust note—all within Euro 5 compliance.

For riders seeking even more performance, the optional SC-Project decat racing link pipe is available separately (non-homologated), allowing the removal of the catalytic converter—recommended only with ECU remapping.
