The SC Project 2-1 CR-T Titanium Stoneguard Full System delivers unrivalled performance and a serious weight reduction for the Aprilia Tuono 660.

Featuring the iconic CR-T Titanium silencer with honeycomb stoneguard, this system not only enhances the bike's aggressive look but also achieves a remarkable 60% weight saving compared to the stock exhaust. With +2.9 hp and +2.6 Nm of torque gained at 8000 rpm, the RS 660 becomes sharper, lighter, and more responsive, making it ideal for racing environments.

The ultralight Titanium silencer is completed with SC-Project’s laser-engraved logo, while the variable size stainless steel headers are precision-engineered for improved torque across the rev range.

The distinctive honeycomb stoneguard protects the large outlet while allowing the twin-cylinder’s sound to roar through at 114 dB — pure racing acoustics. Fully plug-and-play and reversible, this system comes with a carbon fibre heat shield. For best results, ECU remapping is recommended, and the system is designed for racing use only.

SC-Project strongly recommends adding the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR) to prevent ECU errors when the catalyst is removed.
