Product Overview
Personalise your Aprilia's exhaust sound with the QD X-DB Exhaust Sound Controller, an electronic exhaust valve modulation system developed by QD Exhaust. Designed for selected Aprilia Tuono V4 and RSV4 Euro 5 motorcycles, the X-DB provides progressive control over the original exhaust valve through five selectable positions. A dedicated electronic management interface and handlebar-mounted controller allow convenient adjustment of exhaust sound characteristics, while motorcycle-specific wiring integrates with the factory system without replacing the existing valve mechanism.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Follow the installation instructions provided by QD Exhaust for the selected motorcycle application.
· Connect the electronic management interface to the original exhaust valve wiring using the supplied harness.
· Secure the handlebar switch without restricting steering movement or access to existing motorcycle controls.
· Route electrical wiring away from hot exhaust components, sharp edges and moving parts.
· Check that the exhaust valve responds correctly across all selectable settings following installation.
· Important – Road Use: This product is NOT APPROVED for road use. Fitting it invalidates the vehicle's approval. Its use is entirely the user's responsibility.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

UK mainland delivery
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.

Special order items are ordered directly from our supplier. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours once they arrive.

International Duties & Import Fees
Non-UK Customers (Excluding USA) - Tax will not be charged on your order, however local import duty fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
