Developed directly from the Aprilia RS 660 Trophy racing project, the SC Project Trofeo 2-1 Titanium Full System
Delivers exceptional weight savings, increased power, and a raw racing sound. Featuring variable diameter titanium headers, the system is specifically designed to enhance low and mid-range torque while producing a significant power gain of +3.6 hp and +2.7 Nm of torque at 9250 rpm. The lightweight construction achieves a 40% weight reduction, improving agility with a total saving of 3.1 kg over the stock exhaust.
Equipped with the premium SC1-R titanium silencer and a removable dB killer, the system generates 101 dB with the baffle installed or a more aggressive 105 dB when removed.
TIG welded in a controlled environment with CNC machined billet bushings, the exhaust ensures precise fitment and easy installation. Although fully reversible and plug-and-play, ECU remapping is recommended for maximum performance. Strictly for racing use, this system is not compatible with passenger footpegs and comes complete with a single seat bracket. For optimal function, SC-Project strongly recommends pairing this system with the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR) to prevent ECU errors after catalyst removal.
