I ordered a Puig windshield because the reviews and description matched what I want for a screen.

With the order I left a note explaining that I needed the screen urgently for a forthcoming trip.

Within just a few hours James phoned me to explain the one I'd ordered was out of stock but they did have stocks of a screen that would probably be better suited for my needs and, for an added benefit was cheaper!

After agreeing to change to the other product a refund for the difference was processed immediately and I received the screen the following morning, allowing plenty of time to fit it before I embarked on a long tour to Europe.

I cannot fault the level of service and will return in the future when I need something else for the bike.

The screen is a tricky to get everything aligned properly, once fitted it's a very sturdy piece of kit, virtually no flexing at all.

The screen looks much better in the flesh than the Puig photos depict.
