Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Allow the original exhaust system to cool completely before beginning installation.
· Remove the original silencers following the motorcycle manufacturer's recommended procedure.
· Position the left and right Ironhead Conical Inox silencers onto the appropriate exhaust connections.
· Ensure both silencers are correctly aligned and maintain adequate clearance from surrounding components.
· Secure all mounting points before starting the motorcycle.
· To remove the dB killers, carefully drill out the retaining spot welds using a 10 mm drill bit.
· Reinstallation of the dB killers requires suitable nuts and bolts, which are not included.
· Ensure both dB killers are securely retained whenever fitted.
· Check all exhaust connections for leaks before riding.
· Recheck mounting hardware after the first heat cycle to confirm secure installation.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.
