Enhance the sound, styling and performance character of your Suzuki GSX-8R or GSX-8S 2023-26 with the IXIL Race Xtrem Full Exhaust System, combining lightweight construction with an aggressive motorsport-inspired design. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin matt polished finish, this complete system features a compact 230 mm conical silencer, high-temperature carbon fibre end cap and free-flowing stainless-steel collectors. The collectors incorporate two lambda sensor ports to accommodate Euro 5 and Euro 5+ configurations, with a blanking plug supplied for models requiring only one sensor connection. Complete with a removable dB killer, laser-marked IXIL branding and model-specific mounting hardware, the Race Xtrem provides a distinctive full-system upgrade for Suzuki's GSX-8 range.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings

· Allow the original exhaust system to cool completely before beginning installation.
· Refer to the Suzuki workshop manual and supplied IXIL installation instructions.
· Carefully remove the original exhaust system, including the headers, collectors and silencer.
· Disconnect the original lambda sensor connections before removing the exhaust components.
· Position the new stainless-steel headers and collectors, leaving the mounting hardware loosely fitted for alignment.
· Install the original lambda sensor or sensors into the corresponding collector ports.
· For models equipped with a single lambda sensor, install the supplied blanking plug into the unused sensor port.
· Position the IXIL Race Xtrem silencer and install the supplied mounting components.
· Align the complete exhaust system and ensure adequate clearance from the engine, bodywork and surrounding components.
· Tighten all mounting hardware to the manufacturer's specified torque settings.
· Check the lambda sensor connections and inspect all exhaust joints for leaks.
· Allow the exhaust to complete its first heat cycle and cool fully before rechecking all mounting hardware.
