Great customer service!

I placed an order for a few bits and pieces for my bike.

Unfortunately due to COVID the parts were unavailable as they are made to order and the manufacturer has a shortfall of materials and there would have been a very long delay in receiving my order.

I received a call explaining everything and offering a refund.

They'd even gone as far as try to source alternative parts for me.
