UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.
UK mainland delivery
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £5.50. Medium and larger items are sent through our courier network, including Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and FedEx, for £8.92.
Special order items
Special order items are ordered directly from our supplier. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours once they arrive with us.
International duties & import fees
Non-UK customers: UK tax will not be charged on your order. Import duties are collected at checkout for seamless delivery straight to your door.
International delivery
We ship worldwide using major courier services including Parcelforce, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Most international orders arrive within seven working days from dispatch, although timings vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. If you provided a mobile number with your order, you may also receive a text message from the courier. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before ordering. Additional charges may apply following repeated failed delivery attempts or where incorrect delivery details have been supplied.
