1. Conditions of Sale are for all customers.
2. All goods are offered subject to stock availability.
3. Please ensure that the product is suitable for your requirements before completing your order, as it is the customer's responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to purchasing.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where pricing or product information errors are identified. A binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.
5. All products are supplied new and include the full manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty-related claims will be handled by us on your behalf.
6. All displayed prices include UK VAT for customers within the United Kingdom.
6a. VAT is automatically removed for customers outside of the UK.
7. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Bank Transfer and more.
Price Match Guarantee
7a. We price match any identical, brand-new item from a registered UK retailer, provided the total price includes all fees and the lower offer is dated within 30 days. This excludes marketplace listings such as eBay and Amazon.
Since 1st January 2021, EU customers are required to pay local VAT and any applicable import duty upon delivery. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and your local Customs authority will contact you directly to arrange payment.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate, as incorrect information may lead to delays. Return shipping and associated costs are non-refundable in cases where goods are rejected due to import duty disputes.
8. UK-stocked items are typically dispatched within 24 hours, although delays may occur depending on supplier availability.
8a. Orders placed before noon are usually dispatched on a next working day service.
8b. Once an order has been dispatched, any delivery delays or issues must be addressed directly with the courier.
9. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe receipt of the goods.
10. For worldwide orders, we may hold items until the full order is ready to be dispatched together.
11. Delivery charges are non-refundable where an incomplete or incorrect address or contact information has been provided.
12. Local taxes and import duty may apply to orders delivered outside the UK. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Returns cannot be accepted where goods are refused due to import duty or tax liabilities.
13. Warranty is void if any damage arises from misuse, accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation.
14–18. All products must be fitted by a qualified mechanic or a competent individual. A full visual and audible inspection should be carried out before the motorcycle is ridden to ensure correct installation and safe operation.
All products advertised are designed and manufactured to fit motorcycles in standard manufacturer specification unless otherwise stated.
Motorcycles fitted with optional extras, dealer-installed accessories, factory option packs, aftermarket parts, or any other modifications may affect compatibility.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us prior to purchase to confirm compatibility where any non-standard equipment or accessories are fitted to the motorcycle.
19. Please contact us before cancelling an order. All delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on suppliers and couriers.
20. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before placing an order. Where an order is cancelled or returned due to compatibility issues outside of the customer's statutory rights, a handling or administration fee may apply.
21. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period.
21a. Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel within 14 days, the goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Items should be returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee if the goods require repackaging.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund where the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of mishandling or neglect.
21b. Agreed returns must be sent back as soon as possible after the return has been authorised. Refunds are processed within two working days following inspection and approval.
21c. Courier delays or transit issues are outside our control and are not considered valid grounds for return beyond your statutory rights.
21d. T800 UpMap units cannot be returned once activated, as they become permanently linked to the vehicle's ECU. Prior to activation, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Returns after activation are only accepted where the unit is found to be faulty, excluding downloaded maps, in accordance with your statutory rights.
22. Special order, made-to-order or non-stock items are non-returnable once production or procurement has commenced, except where the goods are faulty or not as described.
Cancellations of such orders may be subject to an administration fee where permitted by law.
22b. For international customers who wish to return goods, all items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, instructions, labels, and any promotional items originally supplied.
The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and for ensuring that the goods are returned with all applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, and handling fees paid. We cannot accept returns that arrive with unpaid customs charges or import duties. Any such shipments may be refused or returned to the sender.
If any payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, customs fees, bank charges, or other non-refundable transaction costs were incurred during the original purchase or refund process, these amounts will be deducted from the total refund where permitted by law.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as the customer remains responsible for the goods until they have been safely received and inspected by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the goods are faulty.
23–24. Promotions are offered at our discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
25–38. Gift vouchers are delivered by email, remain valid for 12 months, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They must be redeemed online and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission.
