GIANNELLI G4 EXHAUST SYSTEM - E-MARKED ROAD LEGAL WITH REMOVABLE BAFFLE
G-4 is the new exhaust system made for maxiscooters. Designed to be used on different engines (from 125cm3 up to 300cc and over) G-4 exhasts are made with both a collector and silencer made in stainless steel, to replace the whole original system. Depending on the application, a G4 system weights around 3.5kg and has improved performance whilst being street legal, thanks to the dB-killer (which is removable). G-4 exhausts retain the lambda (O2) sensor and both durable and reliable: materials, checks, processes and severe testing all contribute to make the G-4 a great system. Among G-4 features we can list a quick and easy fitment by means of the mounting plate, the reduction of vibrations and shock by means of silent-block bushings, the nice profile of the silencer, the satin surface finish and the laser-etched logo.

Delivery and Shipping

UK Stock Items: Orders for items held in UK stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours.

For UK Mainland: Royal Mail: £5.50 and Courier £8.92

Supplier Items: Items sourced from suppliers are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days once they arrive with us.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2PM (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.

International Delivery: We ship worldwide. Most international orders arrive within 7 working days from dispatch, though delivery times can vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Courier Responsibility: Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timescales are determined by the courier. Tracking information will be provided where available.
