Product Overview
Give your KTM 790 Duke a lighter, sharper and more distinctive exhaust setup with the IXIL Race Xtrem Carbon Tip Silencer. Designed to complement the aggressive naked-bike styling of the Duke, this compact slip-on combines lightweight stainless steel construction with a premium carbon fibre end cap and IXIL's unmistakable race-inspired design.
Manufactured from high-quality AISI304 stainless steel with a satin matt finish, the Race Xtrem offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Its compact 230 mm conical body weighs just 0.8 kg, helping reduce unnecessary exhaust weight while giving the rear of the 790 Duke a much cleaner and sportier appearance.
Completing the design is a conical carbon fibre end cap, manufactured using high-temperature epoxy resin for durability in demanding exhaust conditions. A removable dB killer is included, while the silencer is Euro 5 and Euro 5+ homologated for road use in its approved configuration.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Install using the supplied link pipe, mounting hardware and IXIL fitting instructions.
· Ensure the silencer and link pipe are correctly positioned and aligned before fully tightening all fasteners.
· Check that adequate clearance is maintained between the exhaust and surrounding motorcycle components.
· Recheck all exhaust fittings after the first heat cycles and periodically thereafter.
· Allow the exhaust to cool completely before carrying out adjustments or maintenance.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

UK mainland delivery
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.

Special order items are ordered directly from our supplier. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours once they arrive.
