Puig R-Racer Screens are the result of extensive racing development

Built using Puig’s experience working with factory teams in MotoGP and WorldSBK, including the Repsol Honda Team and Kawasaki Racing Team. Designed specifically for sports motorcycles, the R-Racer range focuses on improving airflow control while maintaining clear vision through the screen.

Each screen is shaped to be more aerodynamically efficient than original equipment, using data from virtual wind tunnel testing to reduce drag and improve airflow behaviour. The taller profile helps guide wind away from the rider’s helmet and shoulders, providing increased stability and comfort at speed.

Design & Manufacturing

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, Puig R-Racer Screens are produced using advanced processes and materials. Each unit is formed from 3 mm high-impact acrylic, delivering long-term durability with minimal weight. A rounded 2 mm edge meets German TÜV safety standards, ensuring both quality and rider safety.

An artificial vision inspection system is used during production to guarantee that every screen meets Puig’s strict quality control standards before leaving the factory.
