The SC Project 2-1 S1 Titanium Full System for the Aprilia Tuono 660

Featuring the beautifully crafted Titanium S-shaped link pipe, tapered S1 Titanium silencer, and a high-quality carbon fibre end cap, this system is a true masterpiece. The precision TIG welds and laser-engraved SC-Project logo showcase the attention to detail, while the system delivers outstanding performance gains and a distinct race-inspired appearance.

Designed for serious riders, this full system offers an impressive power increase of +3.1 hp at 10,000 rpm and +3.1 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. Thanks to its ultra-lightweight titanium construction, it reduces the bike’s overall weight by 2.5 kg, giving a 40% saving over the stock system and significantly improving agility.

The unmistakable sound from the large S1 outlet hits 114 dB at 5250 rpm, producing a deep, loud, and dark racing tone. Fully reversible and plug-and-play, the system is race-use only and ECU remapping is recommended for optimal results. Pairing this exhaust with the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR) is highly recommended to prevent ECU errors when removing the catalyst.
