Puig D12 Side Spoilers are engineered with a single priority in mind: maximum aerodynamic performance.

Designed for high-performance motorcycles, this spoiler range applies advanced airflow management to improve stability, control and front-end grip at speed.

With a bold racing-inspired appearance, the D12 spoilers deliver measurable performance benefits while adding a purposeful, technical aesthetic to the motorcycle.

Aerodynamics & Performance

The D12 design features an innovative double-wing configuration, with two separate aerodynamic surfaces divided by a lateral spoiler. This layout channels airflow upwards, increasing downforce without negatively affecting the overall aerodynamic coefficient.

The carefully calculated angles of each surface create an optimal balance between stability and performance. As a result, the system can generate up to 4.4 kg of downforce on the front axle, contributing to an anti-wheelie effect, improved high-speed stability, reduced shimmy, greater braking confidence and smoother directional changes.

Design & Manufacturing

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, Puig D12 Side Spoilers reflect cutting-edge aerodynamic development combined with precision manufacturing.

The spoiler bodies are produced from 4 mm thick CN acrylic, chosen for its strength, rigidity and light weight. Rounded edges ensure compliance with safety standards. Mounting is achieved using 2 mm metal brackets finished in textured black for durability and a discreet appearance.

Installation is quick and straightforward, requiring no specialist tools or mechanical knowledge. Clear instructions are supplied and also available online.
