Give your Husqvarna Svartpilen 801 a sharper sound and premium race-inspired finish with the IXIL Race Xtrem Carbon Tip Silencer. Designed as a lightweight slip-on upgrade, the Race Xtrem combines IXIL's compact conical styling with high-quality stainless steel and carbon fibre construction.
Manufactured from AISI304 stainless steel with a satin matt finish, the compact 230 mm silencer weighs approximately 0.8 kg, helping reduce unnecessary exhaust weight while complementing the minimalist styling of the Svartpilen 801. Its durable stainless steel construction provides excellent resistance to heat and corrosion for long-lasting performance.
A conical carbon fibre end cap, manufactured using high-temperature epoxy resin, completes the motorsport-inspired appearance. The silencer also features a removable dB killer for a deeper, more distinctive exhaust character while retaining the option to return to its approved configuration for road use.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Install using the supplied mounting bracket, fitting kit and IXIL installation instructions.
· Ensure the silencer and mounting components are correctly aligned before fully tightening all fasteners.
· Check that adequate clearance is maintained between the exhaust and surrounding motorcycle components.
· Recheck all exhaust fixings after the first heat cycles and periodically thereafter.
· Allow the exhaust to cool completely before carrying out adjustments or maintenance.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

UK mainland delivery
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.
