Give your Husqvarna Vitpilen 801 a sharper exhaust note and premium race-inspired appearance with the IXIL Race Xtrem Carbon Tip Silencer. Designed as a lightweight slip-on upgrade, the Race Xtrem combines IXIL's compact conical styling with premium stainless steel and carbon fibre construction.
Manufactured from AISI304 stainless steel with a satin matt finish, the compact 230 mm silencer weighs approximately 0.8 kg, helping reduce unnecessary exhaust weight while complementing the clean, minimalist styling of the Vitpilen 801. The stainless steel construction provides excellent resistance to heat and corrosion for long-lasting durability.
Completing the design is a conical carbon fibre end cap manufactured using high-temperature epoxy resin, adding a premium motorsport-inspired finish. A removable dB killer is included, providing additional flexibility over the exhaust character while the system remains Euro 5 and Euro 5+ homologated and E-marked for road use in its approved configuration.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Install using the supplied mounting bracket, fitting kit and IXIL installation instructions.
· Ensure the silencer and mounting components are correctly aligned before fully tightening all fasteners.
· Check that adequate clearance is maintained between the exhaust and surrounding motorcycle components.
· Recheck all exhaust fixings after the first heat cycles and periodically thereafter.
· Allow the exhaust to cool completely before carrying out adjustments or maintenance.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

UK mainland delivery
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.
