The new Honda CBR600RR reintroduces one of the most iconic supersport styling features of all time — the undertail exhaust.

To celebrate this return, SC-Project has developed the SC-RR Carbon Fibre Racing Silencer, combining lightweight materials, racing performance, and aggressive design for track-focused riders.

Constructed from high-quality carbon fibre with an ultralight titanium link pipe, the SC-RR Racing version delivers a weight reduction of over 35% (-1.4 kg compared to OEM). Engine performance is significantly enhanced with gains of +3.0 hp at 10,200 rpm and +2.2 Nm at 8,200 rpm, along with improved torque and power delivery across the low and mid-range.

This racing silencer is designed to meet track noise regulations while still delivering maximum performance. With a removable dB-killer, riders can choose between 99 dB at 7100 rpm (with baffle) or 102 dB (without). Finished with handcrafted TIG welds, a carbon fibre end cap, and sharp-edged debossed SC-Project logo, it offers both race-ready performance and striking looks.

Installation is 100% plug-and-play with no ECU remapping required.

SC-Project is the official and exclusive full exhaust system supplier for the Italian “Pro Honda CBR600RR Cup”, developed in collaboration with Honda Italy.
