TPZ Italia Italia covers are made with 100% waterproof materials, and seams are thermo-taped from the inside for up to 80% waterproof protection. However, in cases of prolonged rain or pressure washing, slight water ingress may occur due to the handcrafted nature and seam complexity. This is not a defect.

Covers with more seams or embroidered logos may be more prone to light infiltration or colour fading when exposed to intense sun or harsh chemicals.

To preserve longevity:

• Avoid prolonged sun exposure
• Use a protective cover during washing
• Clean only with water and neutral soap
• Dry the cover immediately after washing

Velvet-effect PVC is more delicate than standard finishes. While it is saddlery-grade, drying promptly and avoiding overexposure will preserve colour and surface quality.

• Secure both sides using 3–4 staples each while ensuring the cover is centred
• Check for alignment and folds — if needed, remove and adjust staples for a neater fit
