Assembly Instructions and Warnings
· Allow the original exhaust system to cool completely before beginning installation.
· Refer to the Kawasaki workshop manual and supplied IXRACE installation instructions.
· Carefully remove the original exhaust silencer and associated mounting components.
· Inspect and clean the existing exhaust connection before fitting the replacement silencer.
· Position the IXRACE M8 Dual silencer onto the original exhaust connection.
· Install the supplied mounting components and align the silencer before tightening.
· Ensure adequate clearance between the exhaust, forged carbon fibre exit cap, swingarm and surrounding motorcycle components.
· Keep the removable dB killer(s) correctly installed and secured for approved road-use configuration.
· Tighten all mounting hardware to the manufacturer's specified torque settings.
· Check all exhaust connections for leaks before riding.
· Recheck the mounting hardware after the first heat cycle and following the initial rides.

UK stock items
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. Should an item be out of stock or a delay occur, we will contact you promptly to provide an update on your order and the expected dispatch date.

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour for £5.50. Medium and Larger items are sent via our network of Couriers (Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Fex Ex) for £8.92.
